Job description
In this role, you will be a part of the engineering unit and be our specialist in molded pulp process. You will analyze production data and determine the process requirement. In addition, you will have a critical role in the implementation of the production plan You will contribute to some process development studies and installations of new machinery. You will be a part of quality improvement studies on the production site.

Key features:
To follow and ensure the production according to the plan
To follow and analyze production data and prepare a daily report
To be a part of new installation projects of new machinery and/or facility
To allow some procedures (ISO, BRC etc.) to be implemented
To follow the production plan and revised if it is needed
To follow the manufacturing plan (mold, machinery)
To actively scan, evaluate and participate in research and innovation networks.
Qualification
You have a passion for engineering.
A university degree in science or engineering.
Strong skills as a communicator.
Ability to develop and improve the process
Having troubleshooting skills
Knowledge about materials and CAD programs.
